Bought a Condo in Lakewood, WA
Kay is the best agent I've ever worked with and I've purchased 4 homes with agents now. I wish we had her last year when we purchased the house we are in now. Kay is very concerned with all aspects of the transaction she read the contracts and made sure we knew and understood everything that was going on throughout the process. Kay made sure the title closing was close and convenient for us.

Kay is an amazing real estate agent! I don't typically write reviews, but she has gone above and beyond to assist us. She is very professional, knowledgable, and thorough. I called her on a Saturday evening and she made herself available the very next day. In advance of meeting to view homes, she sent us a list of homes all within our specified criteria, the home details/cost, and a map to each one. She was very patient as we viewed each home, checking things out for us we didn't realize were important to check, and giving us tips to help us make the best decision regarding our offer. She always replied to our calls and text in a timely manner. As first time home buyers, having her as our agent was priceless! We are very grateful to have met her. She's also just a very kind person, easy to talk to, and made us feel like we were her only client -even though we weren't. She has made home buying a very pleasant experience. Bought and sold a Single Family home
Kay was the most amazing real estate professional ever! She went way over and beyond for us, including paying a professional stager to help us prepare the home. She took professional photos of our house and made an incredible video as well as excellent flyers. She also went around the neighborhood to invite the neighbors to our open house. She was very thorough making sure all the paper work was done and did everything possible to ensure we had a wonderful home buying experience. I recommend her highly and have already told my family and friends about her. She even helped us move into our new place! Amazing!!!
